Shipping and Return

Shipping

You will be charged shipping cost defined multiple rates based on the product’s destination, and add rules based on product weight.

Taxes

You will be charged taxes based on the shipping address – 13% HST for Ontario, 15% HST for New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, and 5 % GST for Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.

Shipping Times

Item(s) purchased will be shipped as soon as they are processed (usually within 3 business days) and may arrive in multiple boxes on different days.  Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. The delivery of the item will be through Canada Post or Korea Post.

Shipping Times may be delayed if:

  • it is a holiday and/or carriers are closed
  • there is a natural disaster or medical emergency preventing the fulfillment

Manufacturer Dropshipping

“Korea Post” indicates dropshipping products from manufacturers based in South Korea. The default shipping method is by K-Packet. MAX shipping size for K-Packet is 2 kg per parcel. For parcels over 2 kg, we will separate the order into 2 shipments.

Item(s) purchased will be shipped as soon as they are processed (usually within 2 business days) and may arrive in multiple boxes after 9-14 days. Please note that shipping time may be delayed by 1-2 weeks due to the pandemic or supply chain issues.

Our default shipping method does not include any custom clearance service, therefore the receiver is responsible for any custom clearing processes.

If the order is returned due to failure in clearing the customs/refusal to receive the parcel, we will have to charge an extra shipping fee to re-send the products.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the delivery. Once your order is shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

You must return the product that you ordered if you want to cancel. The delivery fee will still be charged if you return the products without any specific reason.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We are pleased to provide you with free shipping for returns within 15-days (25-days for Dropshipping Products) from your order date for a full refund minus our shipping charges to you. We will refund our shipping charges to you if you receive an incorrect item or the item is damaged.

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days (25-days for Dropshipping Products)
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

If a product contains a seal, this seal cannot be broken or removed. Seals protect the integrity of our products and safety for other customers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.

If your product(s) meet these criteria, please inform us of your return via email ahead of time before you send the product.

You have 7-days to send your return to us after getting the confirmation email.  Please include the Order Label, included with your original package, in your return package, or add a copy of your receipt and order number.

NOTE:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you of your refund. You will see a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please contact support@koreantouch.ca

Replacements & Exchanges

Currently, we do not provide exchanges or replacement items. We only replace items if they are damaged or if you received an incorrect item.

If you received a damaged product(s) or an incorrect item(s), please email support@koreantouch.ca immediately for further instructions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when the order is placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Our system does not generate any notifications if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, and a re-shipment is requested, the customer, under our discretion, may be responsible for a returns processing fee of $5.00 as well the re-shipment cost equal to the cost of shipment for the order.

If a package is returned and a refund is requested, then a refund excluding the shipping fee will be processed.

Carrier Delays & Damages

We are responsible for your new purchases until it reaches the Post Office. If your order is lost or damaged when in transit, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost packages sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.

Pricing

Our prices may be modified at any anytime without notice. The prices and promotions on line may vary depending on availability from the suppliers. All the price information displayed in Canadian Dollars.

Pre Orders

We accept Pre Orders for products that have been sold out of stock or coming soon. We indicate on the product page’s website as well as in the checkout process when an item is for Pre Order.

Payments are immediately processed upon Pre Order placements to guarantee the order. You may wish to cancel for a full refund at any time 24 hours before your Pre Order Ship Date.
